Two adults FREE per paid child.

How To Play
Book A Time
Buy an admission ticket to book your play session ahead of time.

Parent supervision is required at all times.
We are not a drop-off play space.
You can always call ahead to check if there is any wait for the play space (xxx)xxx-xxxx.
Bring Your Socks
All children must wear grip socks, and all adults must wear socks while inside the play area.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the café if you forget to bring your own.​​
For safety and cleanliness, shoes are not permitted in the play area.
Play The Day Away
We offer a safe, fun environment for children to play, grow, and interact with each other.
Our café serves coffee, tea, and other beverages, plus light snacks for kids and adults.
Rules
We reserve the right to remove any child or parent that does not follow our code of conduct which includes no hitting, biting, spitting, or throwing toys that would harm another person or child.
We ask that you treat our space as you would your home and pick up after yourselves.

What are your hours?Our play café is open for two play sessions on weekdays and one session on Saturdays: Monday–Friday: 9:00–11:00 AM & 12:00–2:00 PM Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM Sunday: Closed for private parties

How long is a play session?Each play session is 2 hours long. This gives little ones plenty of time to explore, play, and use their imaginations, while still keeping the experience fresh and exciting. Play Sessions also give us an opportunity to clean and sanitize our toys in between play times!

Can I wear shoes into this facility?For safety and cleanliness, shoes are not permitted in the play area. All children must wear grip socks and all adults must wear socks while inside the play area. Guests are encouraged to bring their own, but if you forget, grip socks are available for purchase at the café for a small price.

Can I drop my child off and come back?For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while visiting The Busy Berry Play Café. This is not a drop-off play space. We do encourage you to relax with a coffee while your child plays, but you’ll need to remain on-site and keep an eye on them throughout the session.

What ages are appropriate for The Busy Berry?Our play space is designed for children ages 6 months through 8 years old. We’ve created areas that are engaging for infants, toddlers, and young kids, with activities that encourage exploration, imagination, and movement. Older siblings are welcome to join, but please keep in mind that the play areas are best suited for early childhood.

What happens if my child wakes up sick?If your child isn’t feeling well, we kindly ask that you keep them home to protect others. We’ll happily reschedule your session once your child is better.

Can I bring my own food/beverages?For everyone’s safety, no outside food or drinks are allowed. We offer a full coffee bar with drinks and snacks. If your child has specific dietary needs, let us know in advance. Water is always welcome in the check-in area.

Do I need to reserve a play session in advance?Reservations are highly recommended since space is limited and sessions fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but not guaranteed.

Do you offer food and drinks?Yes! Our café serves coffee, tea, and other beverages, plus light snacks for kids and adults.

What if my child wants to stay longer than 2 hours?Playtime is limited to your reserved 2-hour session so we can sanitize before the next group. If you’d like more time, you can book another session (based on availability). Session fees are fixed and we can’t offer refunds for unused time.

Do I have to sign a waiver before playing?Yes, a signed waiver is required for all children. You’ll be prompted to complete it online when booking. Forgot? No worries, we have a QR code in the café for quick sign-in.

Do you offer memberships?Yes! Monthly memberships include unlimited play sessions, café discounts, and savings on birthday party bookings. A great option for frequent visitors.

Is the play area cleaned regularly?Absolutely. Our team sanitizes toys and play areas throughout the day and performs a deep clean after each session.
